1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Notify ning4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete KYC verification within 7 days of first deposit by submitting valid identification documents (Indonesian National ID / KTP, proof of address).

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ning4d is legally required to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must submit clear photographs or scans of:

1. Indonesian National ID Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing your full name, date of birth, and 16-digit NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan). The ID must be valid and not expired.
2. Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
3. Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for facial verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 7 days may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds. ning4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

3. Account Security & Verification

3.1 User Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ning4d account. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services.
• Never sharing your password, security questions, or account credentials with any third party.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public computers.
• Ensuring your registered email address and mobile number are secure and accessible only to you.
• Immediately notifying ning4d customer support if you detect suspicious activity, unauthorized transactions, or believe your account has been compromised.

ning4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. Any activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility until you notify ning4d of suspected unauthorized access.

3.2 Enhanced Verification Procedures

ning4d reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any time, including but not limited to:

• Requesting additional identification documents (passport, driver's license, NPWP tax ID).
• Requiring proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits (bank account statement showing your name matching KTP).
• Conducting video verification calls where you present your KTP and answer security questions.
• Verifying the source of funds for large deposits to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

During enhanced verification procedures, ning4d may temporarily freeze withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 200,000,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered during KYC verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• If you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement, you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility.
• Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Check specific bonus terms for contribution rates.
• Maximum bet limit during wagering: typically Rp 10,000 per bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and all winnings.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions During Active Bonuses

If you wish to withdraw before completing wagering, ning4d will deduct the bonus amount and bonus-derived winnings, returning only your original deposited funds and non-bonus winnings (if any).

9. Limitation of Liability

• ning4d provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• ning4d is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, server downtime, or network connectivity issues.
• ning4d is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security, disclosure of credentials to third parties, or negligence in protecting your account.
• ning4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals during that period.
• ning4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You gamble at your own risk and ning4d cannot be held responsible for your gambling losses.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 ning4d's Right to Suspend or Terminate

ning4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.

10.2 User-Initiated Account Closure
